اثر شكاية تقدم بها صاحب الإذاعة غير القانونية ”القرآن الكريم” :رئيس الهايكا ومراقبين أمام فرقة الأبحاث العدليّة

جاء في بلاغ للهيئة العليا المستقلّة للاتصال السمعي والبصري أنّه قد تمّت دعوة رئيس الهيئة ومراقبين (2) عن وحدة الرصد التابعة لها للحضور، يوم الاثنين 26 أفريل 2021، لدى فرقة الأبحاث العدليّة بزغوان على خلفيّة شكاية تقدم بها صاحب القناة الاذاعيّة غير القانونيّة ” القرآن الكريم” النائب سعيد الجزيري بتهمة “السرقة ومحاولة الاغتيال” وذلك اثر عمليّة حجز معدات البثّ التابعة للقناة، التي قامت بها الهيئة بتاريخ 17 مارس 2021.

وللتذكير فإن الهيئة قامت بتنفيذ قرار حجز معدات القناة الإذاعيّة المذكورة بمحطة إرسال بجبل زغوان، تطبيقا لقرار مجلسها المؤرخ في 25 فيفري 2021 وذلك بعد معاينة استمرارها في البثّ دون إجازة رغم التنبيه عليها. وقد تمّت عملية الحجز في إطار احترام الإجراءات القانونيّة وطبق مقتضيات المرسوم عدد 116 الصادر بتاريخ 02 نوفمبر 2011.

و أضاف البلاغ ان هذه الدعوة للمثول أمام فرقة الأبحاث في زغوان مؤشرا خطيرا يرمي إلى المسّ من صلاحيات الهيئة والحدّ من ممارسة سلطتها لتعديل المشهد السمعي والبصري بالاعتماد على أدوات وإجراءات من بينها عملية الحجز التي يقوم بتنفيذها أعوان محلفون تابعين للهيئة، طبقا للفصل 32 من المرسوم 116 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 02 نوفمبر 2011.
